As I’ve been talking about recently, I’m doing the  Empire State Building Run-Up in February, 2014. I’ve been training on my office building stairs…and trying to get the story out to as many people as possible. It’s going to be tough….It’s ONLY 1,050 feet. Straight up. 1576 steps, and 86 flights of stairs. Only 700 runners…
