David is an accomplished IT executive and technology expert, award-winning speaker, storyteller and author of the book, “Get Out the Door!”
With over 25 years of IT experience, David is a proven leader in effective solution architecture, winning proposal development, IT service delivery and operations. He has an MBA from Xavier University, and multiple industry certifications, including PMP, CISSP, ITIL Expert / Managing Professional and SAFe Agilist. David has expertise working in both commercial and Federal sectors, including global consulting firms, DoD, Federal Civilian and Intelligence Community environments.
David speaks on achievement, resilience, goal-setting, overcoming obstacles and service excellence through his engaging humor and personal storytelling. He leverages his technical and professional background to provide positive steps to career advancement, and his speaking and storytelling experience to connect with the audience and leave a lasting impression.
As a spinal injury survivor, David came back from a devastating motorcycle accident in 2004 to running up the Empire State Building, completing two triathlons, the Assault on Mt. Mitchell bike ride and the Marine Corps Marathon — all in the same year.
